REGULATIONS AND FEES

I/We agree to the code of conduct, all policies, rules, regulations and conditions for Rotary Residential College Inc and by any amendments thereto which from time to time may be made by the Board. I/We further agree that I/we have the funds to pay such boarding fees for my/our student and agree to the college payment schedule and may from time to time be fixed by the College and that I/we will meet all other expenses incurred by him/her at the College for which in the opinion of the College Board I /we are liable. *

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWL

I /We also agree: If a student is to be withdrawn from the College one full boarding terms notice in writing is required. The accommodation fees for the current term and the following term will be charged. “Notices of Withdrawal” whereby the student will cease boarding at the end of term 3 will not be accepted and the full year’s fee is payable. In the event of the withdrawal of a student at Rotary Residential College’s instigation during the school year, accommodation fees for the current and the following term will be charged. “PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO REFUND OF FEES”. *

REACH LEAVE AGREEMENT

I/We agree that all Leave requests must be entered via the Reach Boarding School Leave system and I/we must approve each request. I/We further agree that management reserves the right to decline any Leave requests at any time. I/We agree with to RRC Student Leave Policy & Procedure and the conditions set out in this policy. I/We agree to take full responsibility of my child’s welfare when entering, approving or accepting each leave request, once the student has signed out via the Reach Boarding School Leave System. *

ACTIVITIES AND OUTINGS

I/We authorise the Manager of the College to allow the above student to participate in any outing or activity approved by him/her and to spend any leave with any person approved by him/her, after my/our prior consent. The College Board and each and every member thereof and the Manager are hereby absolved from any loss or damage however caused which may arise as a result of my/our child participating in such outing, activity or leave. *

MEDICAL CARE

I/We authorise the Manager of The College in the event of any illness, injury or accident to take whatever steps he/she considers necessary for the welfare of my/our child and I/we will not hold him/her nor the College Board nor any member thereof liable for any expense or misfortune thereof. I /We hereby undertake to indemnify the College against any cost and expenses incurred in relation thereto. *

DUTY OF DISCLOSURE

You as parents/guardian have a duty of disclosure regarding any current or previous conditions that may affect your child’s wellbeing or behaviour. It is compulsory to share information with the college staff regarding any medical conditions such as allergies, dietary requirements, mental health issues, unusual behaviours, medical issues, any family court orders or parenting plans with the family court or any other issues concerning the wellbeing of your child. *

SUPPORT CARE

I/We agree I/We have support people/person for my son/daughter residing in Perth who will transport my child in the event of any medical, dental appointments or out of school activities. In the event your child is too sick to attend school for more than a few days we require your support people/person to sign your child out until your child has recovered. In the event we are unable to transport your child what alternative arrangements could you put in place. *

RELEASE OF INFORMATION

I/We agree to have the principal of the appropriate school forward copies of my child’s school reports and other relevant information to the Manager of Rotary Residential College. I/We agree to allow the College to publish my child’s photos and information applicable to newsletters and College activities on the Rotary Residential College website. I/We agree to allow the College to publish my child’s photos or take part in any video advertising the college requires throughout the year. *

SUPERVISON

I /We agree that the Management/Staff of the College take whatever steps he/she considers necessary to discipline my/our child. I/We understand that this would be done for the child’s best interest (this may involve sanctions on the child’s activities). In extreme cases I/we understand the Board has the right and obligation to suspend or expel my/our child. *

LEGALITY

I/We agree if my child turns 18 years of age during the school year, he/she will not consume alcohol while signed into the College, this includes all outings your child attends as part of the College outings, shop leave or upper school weekend leave. I/We agree that my child will not be signed back into the college if he /she have been consuming alcohol or under the influence of alcohol. I/We agree that if my child does not adhere to the above my child will be suspended or expelled from the College. *

SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION

In its absolute discretion, the Board of Management may, for good and sufficient reason, suspend or expel my/our child from attendance at the Rotary Residential College and I/we confirm that any such suspension/expulsion shall not affect my/our liability for boarding fees and other fees payable to the college by me/us. *

I/We agree that I /we will not hold The College Board nor any member thereof nor the Manager liable for any loss or damage however caused that may result to any personal property brought to The College by my/our child. *

I/We agree that I/We will conduct myself in a manner that does not have a negative impact upon the college and any college staff. I/We agree that if I/We have any issues with college staff I/We will discuss this with RRC management. *
